Patient Financial Responsibility Statement
Watertown Hearing Aid Center accepts most major insurance plans and will gladly bill accordingly. However, if we are not registered as a participating provider with your insurance, amounts not covered are your responsibility. Moreover, our practice reserves the right to include any non-covered or ineligible amounts for hearing instruments, devices, or services.
We must emphasize that our relationship is with you, our patient, not your insurance company. Therefore, it is your obligation to verify insurance coverage of services. In some cases, we may assist as a courtesy in helping our patients to determine the maximum allowed benefit available.
For all self-pay accounts, Watertown Hearing Aid Center accepts cash, checks, debit / credit cards, and Care Credit. All payments are due at the time services are rendered.
As a locally owned and operated small business, we appreciate your acknowledgement and adherence to our financial policy. Thank you for allowing Watertown Hearing Aid Center to serve your hearing health needs.
